LaaSer Critical Communications has teamed with IXP and the Chattahoochee River 911 Authority (ChatComm), to deliver enhanced services at the four Atlanta area municipalities served by ChatComm. These are the first of approximately 30 public safety answering points (PSAPs) that will be part of a nationwide pilot. LaaSer’s platform enables immediate, accurate location of mobile phone users, as well as providing any supplemental data like emergency contact information, medical conditions and other pertinent details.
