Overseeing all aspects of company performance and branding, Bill has created a culture of “problem solvers” that are each responsible for their individual performance, cost-effective solutions and services to our clients, and the overall success of IXP. Under Bill’s leadership, IXP has grown to be a profitable mid-tier corporation and the market leader for public safety 911 managed services.
Lawrence D. Consalvos
PRESIDENT AND COO, FOUNDING OWNER
Larry began his career as a police officer. Over the next 40 years, he managed and directed public safety systems in government, university, and corporate environments. A co-founder of IXP, Larry is the tactical member of the IXP executive team and leads the company’s sales and delivery practices.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Scott provides strategic and financial leadership to the company based on 20 years of business management and public safety operations experience. Prior to joining IXP, he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for a federal contracting firm out of Washington, D.C. while simultaneously serving as a volunteer EMS Lieutenant for his community.
