IXP is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a second five-year extension to our Managed Service contract with the Chattahoochee River 911 Authority, better known as ChatComm. This contract agreement brings us to 15-years under contract with Chatcomm. We have provided 911 emergency communications managed services with Chatcomm since September 2009, which serves four municipalities in the metropolitan area of Atlanta. Chatcomm is the nation’s first public-private partnership of a 911 emergency communications center, and this new extension continues to authenticate the IXP Way for 911 Managed Services.
