Re-Accreditation for the IXP Chattahoochee River 911 Authority

IXP Corporation/The Chattahoochee River 911 Authority was awarded this past week with the Re-Accreditation for the Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD) Protocols from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED).  Previously, the Center received Re-Accreditation for the Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) protocols in 2014.  The initial EMD and EFD accreditations for the agency were awarded in 2011 and 2012, respectively.  IAED requires the Communication Center to meet 20 Points of Accreditation, which includes continuous Quality Assurance and remaining below a .3% deviation for all service compliance levels.  These medical and fire protocols are assessed on a monthly basis, over a three-year period.  We are honored to receive these distinctions, as it illustrates our commitment to upholding the highest standards.  IXP understands that accreditation enhances the credibility and professionalism of the center and will look to bring that same high service level to all of their managed services.
