Having instituted the first ever 911 Communications Center through a Public-Private Partnership, IXP and the cities of Johns Creek and Sandy Springs have a long standing relationship in advancing the concept of the Public-Private Partnership.
Mayor Bodker of Johns Creek in the attached interview describes some of the benefits – “Through that, almost every benchmark you’d want to measure has improved since cityhood. Our save rates have gone up, our response times have gone down, our satisfaction levels have gone up, the amount of turnover has been next to nothing in public safety”.
