Reporter Newspapers, (March 28, 2012) – While City Manager John McDonough was hard at work Tuesday, March 27, participating in the City Councils annual retreat in Sandy Springs, a group of public safety communications officials gathered in Washington D.C. honored him for his work improving emergency response times for local residents.
