We solve problems using a broad range of skills and expertise that involve the assessment, analysis, design, implementation, and support of emergency communications centers; call taking/dispatch operations; voice and data communications; 9-1-1/5-1-1 telephony; CAD/RMS applications; incident command protocol; digital recording and logging; and Smart-CCTV security systems. iXP applies its proven methodology and project management discipline to deliver effective solutions for state and local governments, colleges and universities, energy corporations, hospitals, and retail malls.
