Rick Dale is responsible for overall company performance - including strategy, governance and ethics. He is a founding owner and has successfully led the current management team since 1994. His experience includes nearly three decades of executive and technical management, professional services and system integration in the public safety marketplace.

Rick began his professional career in 1983 and has focused on consulting, technology and outsourcing. He has held positions at:

  • Law Enforcement Support Agency, Tacoma, WA.
  • PRC Incorporated, McLean, VA. (now Northrop Grumman)
  • MCI, New York, NY.
  • EDS, Plano, TX. (now HP)

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Business Administration from Western Washington University.

Additionally, Rick serves on the Board of Directors for Sports Media Network, Inc. He is a former member of the Board of Advisors, College of Business & Economics, Western Washington University and past Board Member for various non-profits, including Little League Baseball.
