Lawrence D. Consalvos

Larry is a Senior Vice President of iXP Corporation and a founding owner. Larry is the tactical member of the iXP executive team and he leads iXP's sales and delivery practices. These practices provide public safety consulting, outsourcing and technology integration services to clients throughout the United States. Larry's previous career in Public Safety brings valuable management experience and business based insights to public safety clients requiring the complex integration of multi-agency governance, operations technology and facilities solutions.

Larry began his Public Safety career in NJ in 1973 as a police officer and progressed over his career to include a number of executive public safety and private sector positions.

Larry's career highlights include the following;

• Director of Public Safety - City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, (Police, Fire, Communications, Animal Control Departments)
• Director of Public Safety - the City University of New York, (11 Senior and 7 Community Colleges)
• Police Officer and Supervising Investigator - Police Departments in East Windsor Township, Mercer and Burlington counties, New Jersey
• Managing Director - Electronic Data Systems, (EDS) Public Safety Systems, Plano, Texas
• Managing Director - MCI Systemhouse International Public Safety Group, New York
• Director, Law and Public Safety Solutions - Honeywell Bull Information Systems, Billerica, MA.

Mr. Consalvos also serves on the Private Sector Liaison Committee (PSLC) for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. This committee works to bridge the gap between public and private law enforcement issues that impact communities around the world. The PSLC has also produced numerous model policies, guidelines and best practice documents addressing a wide spectrum of law enforcement and security issues.
